Conservation commission <br /> March 9 , 1989 <br /> Page 2 . <br /> Abutters receipts were presented . Mr, Spohr stated he did not have <br /> the variance from the Board of Appeals for the Boardwalk when asked . <br /> The Chairman asked if he wished to amend his Notice of Intent to <br /> exclude the boardwalk and Mr . Spohr stated he did not . <br /> It was pointed out the Commission could not hear the matter in <br /> accordance with the Bylaw . <br /> Mr , Spohr stated he revised the drawings and was in the process of <br /> presenting them to the commission when Mr , & Mrs , William Moore , <br /> abutters , asked to see the plans . Nor . Spohr refused to allow the <br /> Commission to have the revised plans and stated he will nail them . <br /> Lisa advised Mr . Spohr the new plans rust be on file with the <br /> Commission at least one week before the new hearing date . The <br /> abutters may view them before the meeting if they so wish , <br /> CONTINUED TO APRIL 20 , 1989 - 7 : 30 p .m. <br /> oo Ron Bern d c i (Wm,M .Warwick & Assoc . ) to construct and main- <br /> tain a three bedroom. dwelling , attached good deck and appurtenances <br /> at Lot 53 Sandollar Lane . Susan Asmus presented abutter receipts <br /> and revised plans . Some regrading is required . Ha-yba l es will be <br /> the limit of work 50 feet from the salt marsh , the house will be <br /> 66 feet . A small portion of the deck i l l be within the A zone . <br /> Water will be supplied by Highwood Dater co . <br /> Ms Behrman asked the amount of proposed fill and was told they do <br /> not propose to bring i n any f ill , it will all be from the excav- <br /> ation <br /> xcav-- <br /> ation o f the basement . <br /> . Rosenberg asked how the integrity of the bank would be main- <br /> tained with the excavating , the top of the bank runs through the <br /> structure , <br /> Ms Asmus stated part will be cut in and that cut will be used to <br /> fill in the additional area . <br /> Ms BEhrman was concerned about the terrain on the adjoining rop- <br /> ertis creating a gullying effect on this property . <br /> Ms Asmus agreed to provide a plan with the location of the <br /> structures on the abutting lots and the extent of the fill <br /> involved . A plan for the stabilization of the bank was also <br /> requested . <br /> CONTINUED TO APRIL 6 ,, 1989 - 7 : 30 p .m . <br /> 8 : 15 Peninsula Council , Inc . , Fells Pond vegetation . continued <br /> from 2/23/89 . Dorothy McCarthy introduced Lee Lyman of the Environ- <br /> mental <br /> nviron- <br /> menta1 Research Firm. <br /> The previous Notice of Intent and Order of conditions for SE43-390 <br /> were reviewed and maintenance was not requested . <br />
