He stated the only issue remaining to be addressed is to establish a schedule l for cleaning and -maintenance for the basins proposed , H and Lisa met with Ernie Virgilio to discuss his memo and concerns . Ernie suggested cleaning and maintenance twice a year , spring and fall , to be included as a covenant in each deed for Lots 14 and 1 . The purchasers would be responsible for the maintenance .
