-} Conservation Commission <br /> April 20, 1989 <br /> Page 2. <br /> Paul Somerville expressed concern with the walkway that says access to the <br /> water which has no stairs or ladder at the end. There is a question in his <br /> rind as to the outcome of the walkway; this has been a public way for years. <br /> Ms Behrman stated this point could be raised at. a public hearing. <br /> Mr, Swanson stated everyone on Monomoscoy Island has the right to use that, <br /> Mrs. Jacobson asked if that was written into their deeds? <br /> Ms B ehrman stated this should be raised with their attorney. <br /> INDEFINITELY ITEL POSTPONED. <br /> 7:45 Stratford Ponds, Continued from March 23, 1989. No one appeared for <br /> this hearing. <br /> INDEFINITELY POSTPONED. <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Barnett Berliner, Lots. 18 -& 19 Sturgis Lane came before the <br /> commission to request an amendment to their order of Conditions. They <br /> wish to take down the larger cottage and leave the smaller, the opposite <br /> of what had been proposed, A letter was read into the record. Trees will <br /> not have to be removed with this proposal. <br /> Mr. Berliner stated there is a porch and chimney on "All that he Mould like <br /> to retain. Quests would then confine themselves to the porch and stay off <br /> the land which is steeply sloped and well vegetated. <br /> Mr. Coffey asked if the chimney ill stay prat with the work around it <br /> Mr. Berliner stated it is very solid. <br /> Mrs. Jacobson asked if they were cutting back from 4 bedrooms to 3 and <br /> was told they are, <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to amend the order of Conditions as <br /> requested. <br /> Ms B hrman stated two copies of the request and plans should be sent to <br /> EQE. <br /> AMENDED ORDER of CONDITIONS To BE ISSUED IN 21 DAYS. <br /> CONSERVATION AGENT: It was announced that Robert Sherman has been <br /> selected for the position of Conservation Agent. A letter was read <br /> from the Personnel Board, <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to notify the Selectmen that the <br /> Personnel Board and Conservation Commision are in agree <br /> rent to recommend the appointment of Robert Sherman a <br /> Conservation Agent. <br /> NOTE: Carol jacotson did not participate or Grote, <br />
