The resource area starts from the top <br /> of the coastal bark; calculations are not from the edge of the marsh. <br /> She advised the entire project is ire- the resource area, <br /> Mrs. Jacobson asked the purpose of raking this a deck rather than the <br /> existing patio; it will only be 5 feet wide. <br /> Mr. Watt stated the owner and architect grant it, <br /> Mr. Burns asked how high the deck will be off the patio and was told it <br /> will be one foot, at the highest point. The orders to Schulenberg and Selby were ratified. <br /> The property owners are to present plans for 0removing the illegally <br /> deposited fill and restoring the areas to original condition within <br /> one month ofthe receipt of the enforcement order. <br /> 8:15 NORMAN HARWAY, 45 SantuitLane, Continued from 4/6/89. <br /> CONTINUED TO MAY 49 1989 AT THE REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT. <br /> A letter from Lew Schwartz of Waterway was circulated which advised <br /> New Seabury was proposing to sell lots that at least four of which <br /> had been declared by the Dept. of Natural Resources to be wetlands <br /> and untouchable. A letter of support from the Peninsula Council was included. <br />
