I + . Conservation Commission April 20, 1989 Page 4. ROSE A LAIAN: A previous request for extension was denied. A letter was read requesting recon sideration. After formal discussion, it was agreed that the Commission would life to view the property. An on-site will be done on May 3rd between 10:00 a.m. and noon, :30 Edward Keelan, 10 Shore Drive, Request for Determination of Applicability. David 1 app presenting. M3 Behrman stated an on-site was done. This .is a redo of an existing deck staying within the footprint and a sufficient distance from the water. VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to issue a negative determination. NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. GERALD KAPLAI , 30 Fells Pond Road. A letter was read revesting to amend the Order of Conditions to allow the steps off the deck to an existing pathway. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to amend the order of Conditions to permit the stairs off the deck to an ekisting sand pathway. A letter to be sent to advise this should be filed with DEQE also;. P & H Trust, {quaker Ruin Road. The revised plan 'was received and the hearing closed. The Commissioners present were not present the right of the nearing and were unable to condition the project. A letter to be sent advising the project will be conditioned within 21 days. Miriam Guterman, 46 Popponesset Island Road. The same situation applied and a letter* to be sunt advising it will be conditioned at the next }gearing date. BUFF .EHEAD BAY: The sabatia report was reviewed and will be submitted to New Seabury as accepted by the Commission. MASS DPW: Joe Burns agreed to meet with then on Tuesday to review their proposed plan to resurface Route 28 from Falmouth to the Barnstable Line.
