Simmons stated the Commission will not condition all the build- ings as a unit , Mr . Burns asked how they are going to get to these places ; the Commission needs road drainage , gas traps , etc . Nis Behrman pointed out the units are going to be individual units and the order of conditions will run with the units . The Commission will require unit by unit application for the 14 units . Mrs . iar%sters suggested a partial certificate of Compliance could be done . Nis Behrman pointed out that with Pine Hill a blanket filing was requested and was not done . Mr . Hayes stated the points raised were germain and he , as rep- resentative , ep_resentative , will tell thea the plan i s insufficient . Ms Behrman added , and the commission will probaly want to retain a consultant to verify information . Nor . Mr. Hayes agreed that ' s fair . She stated there are additional areas the commission is concerned with , the vernal pool , the scrub wetland , other wetland values . There area also specific wildlife values that the town bylaw protects which should be considered . Mr . Hayes stated they came before the Board with the old plan which d i d expire and New Seabu ry wants to see what the opinions of the commissioners were . They will readdress the things missing . CONTINUED INDEFINITELY , memo guideline from DEQE re engineeringstamps will be provided to all engineers . Mr. Hayes stated they have been retained by Steve Be l k i n to do a Notice of Intent at 528 Triton Way . It will involve a perc test within go feet of the edge of a coastal bank . He asked if this could be done without a Notice of Intent , It was agreed the Commission should be notified one week prior , in writing , when scheduled,,.
