Also , people may <br /> continue to use their wells . <br /> Ms Beh ran suggested he bring information i n on hors they propose <br /> to do the well by hand without damage and requested landscape plans <br /> for the disturbed area around the house and how they propose to <br /> landscape without the excessive watering or use of fertilizers . <br /> Sam Singer , an abutter , present with his attorney John Sweeney , <br /> stated he has no desire to stop Ir . Lally from building . He <br /> suggested an alternative to the plans . The house as originally <br /> proposed was 91 feet away from the pond ; the latest is 70 feet <br /> from the pond . He suggested he go back to the original and rove <br /> the septic over to another area still within the parameter of the <br /> Burd of Health within or beyond the 100 feet . He did not antic- <br /> ipate <br /> ntic- <br /> ip to any problem with the Doan of Health . <br /> Mr . Roberti stated he has to maintain 20 feet between leaching and <br /> the house foundation . <br />
