Mr , Singer stated Judy Mills of the Water Commissioners has stated water w111 be available in October . The neighbors have been asked and have stated they will hook up . lrs . Jacobson stated that would change the whole picture in how the Commission would look at it , It was noted if continued to July , then 21 days for an Order of Conditions , the appeal period would bring them within 30 days before October . #r . Singer stated they definitely would appeal . Mr . Roberti to contact the Water District and request written commi tr ent of the time schedule . Zammer presenting . The Board of Health has given conditional approval pending- the commission ' s verifying the high water mark on the plan . Their new ruling states the Commission has to say where the high water mark is . Ms Behrman requested a written memo for the files . Susan Asmus. of W . M . Warwick Associates care forward with a memo received from the Board of Health stating they want to make sure the Commission agrees with the line that is on the submitted plan . !s Behrman stated that will require additional on-sites , additional determination , and as an extremely busy department , this will re- quire e- quire additional staff . Nis Behrman requested abutter receipts and Mr . Zammer stated he did not have thea with him , but could provide them within 15 minutes . He stated concerning the water mark , given the fact a certified engineer has put his stamp on the plan , that should be sufficient . Ms Behrman stated there have been water depths in the past that were proven inaccurate . She stated this requirement will have to be dis- cussed with the Board of Health . Mrs . Simmons asked if the deck will be changed arra was told they will leave it and work around it . Mrs . Jacobson questioned a change of elevation . Mr , Zammer stated it is flat . They are adding one foot of fill in the sunken drive- way for the flow diffuser . He advised they are removing all of the lawn , replacing the asphalt driveway with crushed shells and the septic system will be backfilled . It was suggested to continue to later in the evening . Abutters were present , evidence the notification was done .
