Conservation Commission June 15 , 1989 Page 1 . . Rosenberg stated he would have serious objections to contour changes . It was agreed to continue with informal discussions . PAUL SOMERVILLE : He advised the Malloy dock on Great River was granted a special permit by the Board of Appeals . They asked the applicant ' s consultant if he could tell the whether there was going to be or not going to be any- damage to the environment . The consultant , Bob Gray , stated no, he could not tell whether or not there would be . They said fine and gave h i r he permit . It is his feeling the Conservation Commission has to write a wetland bylaw specifically on doors and piers and the ACEC guidelines and policies issued by CZM last December should be used as a basis . This should be put to Town meeting as soon as possible . Concerning South Cape Beach Assoc . and their float , there are several people who have applied to the Harbormaster sten for similar . situations . He asked ifhe has the individual authority to grant this . Mr . Rosenberg stated that according to Town Counsel he does not . After discussion , r . Burns is to contact Jeremy Carter to arrange to have a meeting with Mr . Kobl insk , Mr. Somerville and the Commission to establish a policy jointly . MINUTES : dune 1 , Correction W .
