Sherman stated no objection t relocating the fence . DOTE : Motion made and seconded to amend the Order of Conditions to incorporate the revised plan showing the new fence line . LLOYD GAiNBB RO : Request for Certificate of Compliance . Mr, Sherman advised rev getation has not been completed . H ybales have been taken out . He feels the dock has been added to . A form to be sent * STABLE TRUST PAUL ARTIDI : Request for Amended Order of Conditions . Ernie Virgilio advised he has put a Stop Work Order on the property . Ir . Sherman recommended an Enforcement order . Fill has spilled over the haybales into the road . VOTE : Motion made and seconded to issue an Enforcement order . BOARD OF HEALTH POLICY : The Commission will certify wetland boundaries . This does not mean approval of the project . It will be requested that wetlands are to be flagged and numbered on the plans . . Coffey asked if this includes haybales around perk pits and was told this does not but this has been d-i sous sed . THE UNDERSTANDING REACHED WITH THE BOARD of HEALTH AT A MEETING ON 6/7/89 WAS ADOPTED BY THE COMMISSION. Mr . Rosenberg suggested a simple fora be rade up which states that this does not imply that the Commission has considered this project or has come to any determination .
