Conservation Commission <br /> June 15 , 1989 <br /> Page 9 . <br /> Mr , Rosenberg asked when his house was built and was told between <br /> 1970 and 1971 . He asked when his dock was put in and was told two <br /> years later . <br /> Atty . Fox stated the Army Corps of Engineers picture taken in 1972 <br /> shows his house was not there . <br /> 1 . Burtis s-tated Forrest Baker built all the doks ' and ice could <br /> have moved this away . <br /> Mr . Fran hi stated he built that house between 1971 and 1972 . <br /> Mr . Rosenberg showed the picture to Mr . Franc h l pointing to an open <br /> space which Mr . Fra nc h i identified ass his lot . . Rosenberg stated <br /> in July of 1972 there was no house there . Mr . Fran h i stated he <br /> probably just started to build . <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked Mr . Fran h i if he would contact Paul Andrews , who <br /> had taken his photo , to find out when this picture was taken . He <br /> agreed . <br /> Atty . Fox asked if Mr , Franchi would find it acceptable if her . Moskowitz <br /> moved the float? Mould that address his concerns? Mr . Moskowitz did <br /> not willfully tray to interfere with #fir . Franchi ' s enjoyment of his <br /> property and to the extent that that would accomodate him, he would <br /> be willing to sit down with him to bury the hatchet and tray to work <br /> together as neighbors . <br /> Mr . Fran hl stated these people do not respect the law and he does <br /> not associate . <br /> Atty . Fox stated he feels that the motive is far different than this <br /> Commission can deal with . <br /> Mr , Rosenberg asked if they want to file a new Notice of Intent ,, ar end <br /> the plan to ask the Commission 'to approve a plan which conforms to what <br /> was there before? <br /> Atty . Fox stated he would like to have some idea what the Commission <br /> would prefer to see and would like o address Mr , Franc h i ' s concerns <br /> as well . <br /> To Mr . Franchi , pointing to the picture ,, Mr. Rosenberg stated that <br /> the 1972 picture shows ars L-shaped dock ., -Mr . Frain h l disagreed and <br /> thought it was a boat . Mr . Rosenberg showed h-im the 1981 picture and <br /> asked if he saw the L-shape? Mr . Frnchi stated that is not an L-shape . <br /> It ' s possible that a lot of tires , In the winter ,, the people leave the <br /> float . <br /> Mr , Rosenberg stated the picture is dated duly 19725 it was taken by <br /> the Army Corps of Engineers ,, it shows an L-shaped float , we can all <br /> see it . This one is 1981 , it was officially taken in the summer of <br /> 1981 as part of the town ' s aerial mapping . <br /> Mr. Fran hi asked if he was trying to tell him this is a float . <br />
