The <br /> Commission wants to save the pond as well and will consider <br /> whether the house should be built now or have to wait. These <br /> concerns will be addressed. <br /> Mrs. Kilty stated they do not want the pond to deteriorate <br /> any further. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated the man has a right to build his home and <br /> the Commission will try to have the home do the least amount <br /> of damage. <br /> Luke La 1 ly came forward. He advised he is a member of the <br /> Board of Appeals in Barnstable which meets on Thursday <br /> evenings which precluded his attendance at prior hearings. <br /> He has owned the lot 20-25 years. The plans have been <br /> modified a numbeer of times at great expense and he has <br /> attempted to do exactly what people want him to do, He is <br /> very ensitive about the pond and feels they have gone the <br /> uil 100 yards and hopes to score a touchdown by the <br /> Commission ordering the proper Order of Conditions.
