At an on-site meeting with Bob Sherman and a Commission member, it was discussed which direction the fixed stairway should take, The survey crew located the trees as shown on the plan and the stairway is designed to go between i the trees, traversing the bank, and taking care of the concern for erosion. The fixed pier is in the same location extended approximately 10 feet longer due to the amount of water to keep the float above water at low tide. It is 175 Leet from the edge of the Moat to the edge of the bank. Mr. burns stated they are forcing everything on the other side.
