He asked if the <br /> patio were covered with wood instead of bricks would it be <br /> considered for lot coverage. Mr. Sanicki stated it would and <br /> that's why it is not and is elevated. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated it is filled and the elevation raised 5- <br /> feet; this is not covered in lot coverage <br /> Mr. Sanicki stated not in the definition. . It is 175 <br /> Leet from the edge of the Moat to the edge of the bank. <br /> Mr. burns stated they are forcing everything on the other <br /> side. <br />
