Leighton Allenby stated the pines are a <br /> threat to the house as the root system is badly deteriorated. <br /> To rejuvenate would be costly. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated the Commission i's very concerned about <br /> the seawall. <br /> Mr. Allenby stated his client would be willing to repair it. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated, to plant the trees would cause a► lot of <br /> disturbance, and the commission would file to have <br /> jurisdiction which an RDA would not allow. the repair of the <br /> revetment could be included in a Notice of Intent. <br />
