i August 24 , IL989 Subsequent to the- public hearing, the Commission adjourned to the Conservation Hearing Room. the Meeting was called to order at = 35 p.m. 7: 30. COLONIAL GAS CO. (Coastal Engineering) Fond Circle. Bob Dowling and Karen Blanchard presenting. This 2n gas main will tie into an existing main which is the reason for it being on the east shoulder of the road. They will be 304 deep, a minimum of 18" . silt barrier is proposed along the pond side up to the existing split rail fence. Mr. Rosenberg asked if they will go under the runoffs and was told they will go through thea, they are spillways, and then repair them. 4r. Coffey stated Colonial Gas has always done fire by the Commission, he could not imagine there would be an issue with this one.
