He stated access will be limited. <br /> Ms Behrman asked if the 16' patio is a sealed surface and was told the <br /> 16' is the overha►nSing deck from the second floor. -She asked how far <br /> under the patio will go and requested an elevation on the proposed <br /> deck. The surface of the patio is to be brick or stone in sand. She <br /> requested that be specified. She expressed concern with the 20 x 2 <br /> plus a small piece all being bare earth with the potential for erosion <br /> Ms Johnson suggested they put a slab in there. Ms Behrman stated she <br /> mould prefer a baffle, a lip such as garden ties. <br /> Ms Johnson area to note on the plan that the foundation for the pool <br /> has to be 7' out of the ground.
