The same <br /> footings will be used on the deck and work will be done by <br /> hand. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he saw no problem with the project. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a negative <br /> determination. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION ISSUED. <br /> An abutter present asked about trees on the lot line and was <br /> told there was no application to remove thea. <br /> 8:00 BROOKS BECKER for a determination of applicability on a <br /> proposal to pump and fill an existing cesspool with clear <br /> sand; and installation of a new subsurface disposal system at <br /> 2 Seconset Point Road.
