Ms Asmus stated <br /> they had nothing in writing, <br /> Mr. Coffey advised this does not need- septic review i r upgrade with n proposed <br /> bedroom expansion and with a Title v system in place. 1t is not an obtainable <br /> permit because they don't need one. <br /> HEAPING CLOSED - ORDER of CONDITIONS IN 21 DAYS. <br /> 7;45 Robert F. spousta, 40 Ninigret Avenue, Continued from July 27, 1989. <br /> CONTINUED To OCTOBER 19, 1989, AT THE REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT, <br /> 8:00 Stanley Hutchins, 63 Timberlane Drive. He proposes to remove the <br /> pipes and put in 8 - 12" wood piles. He also proposes to put a kitchen in an <br /> area of an existing deck, add 22' to the deck, come out to the same projection <br /> 10 feet and add a 2 ' x 2 ' garage in front, <br /> Ir. Rosenberg Mated the plans must show exactly what will be on the lot when <br /> finished. <br /> Ms Behrman stated dimensions are necessary for the patio, kitchen and deck extension. <br /> 1r.
