Doug .Cameron of Braman Engineering presented abutter receipts, An enforcement. order was issued for the existing brick patio on sand base retained by a timber wall which was done without a notice of Intent, There is a 1--112 ft. wide crashed stone trench along the side of the house for roof run- off. Two trees were preserved in the construction of the patio. Nor. Sherman stated he had no problem with the patio. During the on-site, concern was raised with a lift mechanisin on the dock. He felt it required a filing, s ame as a float. Mr. D i p i t i stated he gage the DEQE number on the dock to Mr, Sherman. He asked that the float be addressed separately. Vincent Porciello, an abutter, stated he wants to be sure the Commission is aware the patio is in an existing easement and is shown on the plan. Ms Behrmarn stated there is a drainage easement on here. . Cameroon advised they located the catch basin and the outlet of the drainage pipe which is shown with a dashed line and a "d" * They located it again at the catch basin in the street and at the outfall . Mr. Burns asked the amount of run-off emptying into the wetland? Mr. Rosenberg saw a problem with the drainage easement being blocked with a gall that closes off part of the drainage. Mr. Depietri explained that every Saturday they did a little more and it gust grew. Mr. Cameron advised he is about 51 into the 20' wide drainage easement which is 10' on either side of the property lines. There is approximately 51 from the brick patio to the drainage easement. Ms B hrman stated it is not the purpose of this Board to enforce deeded restrict- ions; estrict- ions; that is between the residents and Mr. Depietri . Mr.. Depietri advised New Seabury owns the easements, CLOSED - ORDER of CONDITIONS IN 21 DAYS. Ms Dehrman strongly urged Mr. Depietri to plant some ground corer to the left,, facing the dock, in the area of the picnic benches and Mr. Depietri agreed.
