Originally there was an adminis- <br /> trative problem, then the Board of Health required them to do a test hole <br /> and they found the septic system consisted of a 55 gallon drum. The well is <br /> in and working. M Beh rr an stated this should have been an RDA. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated that is all beyond the 100 feet. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated ha rbal s will be conditioned in a horseshoe configuration. <br /> She asked if he would object to br i ng i ng in the work limit and Mr. Jacobi agreed. <br /> She stated more hbales will be conditioned. <br /> CLOSED - ORDER OF CONDITIONS IN 21 BAYS. <br /> 8:00 MICHAEL B. GUTMAN, to document and gain approval for existing structures <br /> and additional drainage structures to prevent erosion at 94 Summersea Road. <br /> Todd Palmati r presented abutter receipts. Mr. Gutman had an Order of Conditions <br /> for the house, filed for a Certificate of Compliance, and when the Commission <br /> viewed the site it was observed there were deviations from the approved plan <br /> An enforcement order was issued requiring the filing of a Notice of Intent for <br /> the additional unapproved structures. There were concerns about drainage. <br />
