Mr. Sherman to look and <br /> make recommendation. <br /> Contractors: on Enforcement orders, if work is done by contractors, they will <br /> be required to provide the Commission with the name of the contractor. <br /> Concerning delineation of wetlands, if the commission disagreed with the engineer, <br /> the Board of Health would go with the Commission. if contended from their applic- <br /> ant, they should get a consultant. <br /> MINUTES-. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the minutes of September 21 , 1989 <br /> as written. <br /> • t was read requesting reactivation f Notice f Intent <br /> PcIEL�o. A letter q 9 <br /> SE 43-767, a ramp and float, A copy of the filing to be requested. <br /> IA DIA JHNSON: The plan, was accepted by the commission. <br /> VOTE: Motion rude and seconded to accept the plan and to amend the order of <br /> conditions accordingly. <br /> Ellis Allen: Request to amend the order of conditions: A letter was read <br /> into the record from All Cape Survey consultants. The comr i ison will act <br /> after Mr. Sherman views the property for the proposed location of the shed. <br /> Plumbing is to be removed from the cottage and the building used as a shed. <br /> Phillip cronan: Request to amend the order of conditions to move the hot tub. <br /> plan is needed to show the proposed location of the hot tub, <br /> Pat B nY letter was read regur sting amendment on the length of the dock. <br /> Ms Behrman stated an enforcement order should be issued and they conform to the <br /> plan ars r file a new Notice of Intent.
