No one was present for the Dearing. Mr. <br /> Sherman advised an Enforcement order was issued when the Commission was <br /> advised by the Shellfish Warden that trees were being cut down. The <br /> Mc Goldricks live out of state. i <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a negative determination. <br /> A letter to be sent that no work is to be done in the buffer zone without <br /> application to the commission. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> Board of Health setback Policy: There is a loophole that will be taken care of. <br /> Status of November Town Meeting Articles: Thirty hours for the Secretary and <br /> Chapter 40-21D will appear on the warrant.
