Chapter 91 Waterways Licensing for existing marina
structures, New Seabury Cape cod, Pomponesset Creek, Mashpee
Dear Sir(s) :
This is in responso to your letter, dated September 25, 1989, regarding
the licensing of existing marina structures as referenced above.
The Waterways Regulation Program (WRP) has been informed by New Seabury
Cape cod that the existing. unlicensed structures, referenced in my
correspondence of May 30, 1989, are no longer in place. The WRP, due
primarily to a lack of time, has been unable to inspect the site and
confirm this nformation.. However, a license would not be required
should this in fact be the case.
Should the Mashp a conservation Commission know this information to be
inaccurate, the WRP would appreciate notification in writing such that
M.G.L. Chapter 91 regulatory review can be initiated. if you have any
further questions feel free to contact 17 292-5695, Th rel your
for your efforts and concern,,
Sincerely,
ti. aeX2
Jeffrey R.
