He referred it to CZM who will give an opinion <br /> as to whether it is a reasonable regulation. if so, it will be resubmitted to <br /> the Board of Health. <br /> ACEC ZONINGBYLAW: Mr, Sherman stated the ACEs bylaw does not apply to lots <br /> previously subdivided and the plan approved. He has forwarded this to Sally <br /> Newbury. Town Counsel to be consulted. <br /> PRELIMINARY BYLAW CRANE-copy Distributed: There are four proposed and additions <br /> to the regulations. one amendment to the bylaw suggested is a ceiling on the <br /> appeal time for a court appeal . Leslie Ann Morse to be consulted for the wording. <br /> EDWARD ALLEN: Amended order requested to allow removal of plumbing in the building <br /> with building to remain in the same location. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the proposed amendment, acceptance by <br /> letter. <br /> GEORGE BEN AY: Request to amend the order of conditions to allow the extra footage <br /> on the dock. It was agreed a new Notice of Intent should be filed or the structure <br /> conform. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised sally Newbury felt Nor. Buonato should be denied the extra footage <br /> when he comes before the Board. <br /> DREW REALTY TRUST: Mr. Sherman advised he consulted with sally Newbury, CZM,, Bob <br /> Gray and others and the consensus is that the commission should permit the house <br /> and deny the pool and patio. order of Conditions issued-pool and patio denied. <br /> A SHOP BLUFF: A request to amend the order and omit Russian olive buffer and <br /> plant grass to allow maintenance access. <br /> It was agreed this was conditioned to keep people off the edge of the bluff. <br /> Concerning the request to eliminate a single row of Russian Olive in front of <br /> unit 647, it was agreed this would have to be clarified. <br /> Concerning the change of grade to create a swa l e between units 647 and 646, a drawing <br /> will be necessary. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if an amended order was necessary for the use of a lawn rower to <br /> thatch and overseed the existing lawn. It was agreed this was maintenance and can: <br /> be done without an amended order. <br /> ABRAHAMSON:N: The opinion of the commission is requested on their proposal to put in a <br /> walkway over the wetland area for purposes of nature observation.
