GerrSimmons, Patrick Coffey, Joseph Burns, <br /> Harry Desrosiers,, <br /> Robert Sherman, conservation agent, and Florence Wall , Associate Member, <br /> were present also. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7: 10 p. . <br /> Marcia Johnson, who has expressed interest in the Commission, was introduced. <br /> 7:30 Suzanne Nash, 57 Ti b rlane Drive, continued from September 1 , 1989• <br /> (Patrick Coffey stood down as an abutter, Florence Wall sat for this hearing) . <br /> George Tho rng of Arrow Engineering presenting. <br /> Board of Health notification stated plans were denied. <br /> Mr. Thorng advised the plans, went before the Board of Appeals for building within <br /> o feet of a water body. The variance was approved but it was decided a. 5,1 <br /> special permit was necessary as the house is so near the property line and a <br /> non--conforming use is being expanded. It is now necessary to refile for a <br /> special perryit from the Board of Appeals; the hearing date is December 13th. <br /> The Board of Health has required the septic be a complete Title V system. <br /> He asked to continue this hearing to a date prior to the 13th and waive all <br /> obtainable permits except for the Board of Appeals as he is working with the <br /> Board of Health and is confident of their approval , <br /> It was suggested this be continued to December 14 and it was noted that no <br /> Order of conditions could be written prior to that. <br /> CONTINUED To DECEMBER 1 - 7:30. <br /> Paul Bot l l o, 431-434 f onomoscoy Road, continued from September 2, 1989. <br /> Mr, Botello advised he plans to wait on the kitchen addition until town water <br /> cores in. He is requesting something in writing from the Commission to that <br /> effect. <br /> 1r. Sherman advised he spoke with Elias McQuaid who felt this was a reasonable <br /> suggestion. <br /> . Bote l l o stated he is looking to do the garage now and change the pilings <br /> from 2" to 311, Jeff re a rt i n of the state did not see a problem with this. <br /> Mr. Coffey stated " is a different regulatory level . <br /> Mr. Botello shoved where in the plans on file pipe size was at the discretion <br /> of the applicant.
