A revegetation plan and existing plan were reviewed. <br /> He listed the requests of the commission: show the setbacks from the ditch to <br /> the house; apply for septic permit; calculate the 100 year flood elevation; <br /> prepare a revegetation plan; flag and locate a 1 I trees to be removed; change <br /> ba ba I e location on Lot 81 away from the ditch. <br /> Not all trees are to be removed; those that can be saved will be. <br /> Mrs. Simmons asked if he was continued with the Board of Health, per their note. <br /> Mr. Thorng thought the Board of Health was awaiting conservation approval before <br /> they gave approval . <br /> Mr, Sherman advised all they were waiting for from the commission is the <br /> identification of the resource area. He told the Board of Health there was <br /> no real wetland there, that the intermittent stream is the resource area. <br /> They should be ready to go ahead. fir. Thorng stated he met with Elias McQuaid <br /> and nothing was mentioned. <br /> Mr. Coffey pointed out no permit was to be issued until the Planning Board <br /> covenants are released. <br /> Mr. Thorng agreed and stated they were aware of this. He continued with the <br /> presentation. The setback shows 58 feet, the closest point of the house to <br /> the ditch. All trees are pine except as noted. The revegetation plan is in <br /> the areas of the grading. <br /> Mr. Coffey asked ed if this will add to runoff problems? Mr. Thorng stated it <br /> would not,, to a measurable degree. <br /> Mr. Burns pointed out a catch basin on Noisy Hole Road that is not on any of <br /> the plans. Mr. Thorng Mated that can be relocated and put on the plan. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated a berry will be needed. Mr. Thorng agreed. <br />
