Conservation Commission <br /> November 2, 1989 <br /> Page 3, <br /> 8:30 Bradg ate Builders, 81 Noisy Hole Road, Continued from October 19, 1989. <br /> Mr, Thorng advised the same two plans apply, with the same planting schedule. <br /> More trees and more grading is involved. The hayba l e barrier is pulled back <br /> to the toe of the proposed slope. What can be saved, will be. The trees are <br /> all pines. <br /> In calculating the 100 year flood, Mr, Thorng located a preliminary plan in <br /> the files showing all the topo which is very accurate. He came up with a <br /> run-off co-efficient by using the " rainfall , the area of -1 acres as a <br /> drainage area flowing into the area contributing to lots 80 and 81 , and came <br /> up with 87,042 cu. ft. of runoff. The bottom is shorn at elevation 42 and <br /> ars elevation of 44.3 ± for the 100 year flood with the dwellings above the <br /> 100 year flood zone. They will not be displacing any flood storage. <br /> Mrs. Simons stated this will have to be referred to the Planning Board engineer. <br /> Mr, Caffey advised there is a tiring issue; it could be within the 21 days but <br /> there is no guarantee. <br /> Mrs, summons asked if closing the hearing in one month 's time would be agreeable? <br /> Mr. Thorng agreed, preferably as soon as possible. He advised he and John Falacci <br /> reviewed the notes for the last hearing and the conversation about calculating <br /> and the use of the rational method, The Wetland Protection Act requires the <br /> TR55 method, but they agreed upon the rational method. If a problem, they <br /> will dead with it and more calculations will have to be done. <br /> Ir. Coffey stated he believes DER accepted both but asked if they could provide <br /> that, if required. The <br /> septic is to be upgraded with a new well to get the distance for the setbacks. <br /> Mrs. Simmons asked where the well and septic were addressed in the blot i,ce of <br /> Intent? <br /> Mr. Jacobi advised the septic is outside and the well was added later. <br /> An amendment to include the well was requested. lir. Jacobi agreed and <br /> advised the well is not ,yet in. DER is to be notified. <br /> It was noted haybales can be conditioned around the area. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there are some very large trees that should be shown on the <br /> plan. i <br /> i <br /> Question was raised concerning the foundation and Mr. Jacobi stated it was <br /> full foundation. <br /> HEARING TO BE CLOSED AT THE NEXT HEARING DATE AFTER THE AMENDMENT Is RECEIVED <br /> AND TREES SHOWN ON THE PLAN THAT WILL DE REMOVED. <br /> i <br />
