The commission was in agreement that <br /> rather than lam and seed it would be preferable to replant with indigenous <br /> plantings. <br /> Mrs. Simmons suggested they remove the material now, plant rye grass now with <br /> tobacco netting and plant in the spring. A plan of what will be planted with <br /> the location, will be requested by February, with work to be done by May 1 ; <br /> one month will be granted for removal . <br /> TRITOWN CIRCLE: No date has been set for the adjudicatory hearing and Conservation <br /> Law Foundation suggested the Commission not act until then. <br /> A lASTOFOULDS ENFORCEMENT ORDER: Mr, Sherman advised the landscape plan is accept- <br /> able.
