ELEC ITE: A letter was received re the enforcement order at Winslow Heights. They propose to install a silt barrier, remove concrete, remove stumps and debris and loan and seed the disturbed area. The commission was in agreement that rather than lam and seed it would be preferable to replant with indigenous plantings. Mrs. Simmons suggested they remove the material now, plant rye grass now with tobacco netting and plant in the spring. A plan of what will be planted with the location, will be requested by February, with work to be done by May 1 ; one month will be granted for removal .
