ENFORCEMENT ORDERS ISSUED: Elaine Schuster,, Dominic Saraceno, Keohane/Sheridan, Francis McGee. CERTIFICATES of COMPLIANCE ISSUED: Angeio Toy i a s,, Joel Kelfer. SANTUIT POND BOG: Ms Behrman suggested local youth groups be approached to do rehab work to maintain a level of productivity for residents to pick. The curb scouts were enthusiastic about doing this as a conservation project in April . Mr. Burns questioned liability and Ms Behrman advised Town Counsel had no problem with this. DR. MAC DONALD appeared before the commission to read a letter to his attorney dated November 9, A pian was done by Holmes & McGrath last week which agreed with prior engineering, Ms Behrman advised there is no problem with boundaries. Town Counsel 's other question is the status of the gravel road and rights of access for the public or the town. D . MacDonald stated the gravel road was never a road with right of access.
