Beech <br /> tree to be put in covers half the front yard, the one taken out is a dot on the <br /> maps <br /> Mr. Sanioki advised this is someone else's rendering. <br /> There being no further questions, the Chairman declared the hearing closed, <br /> CLOSED - ORDER of CONDITIONS IN 21 DAYS. <br /> 8. 15 J. W. Taylor (Lagadinos Construction) for a Determination of Applicability <br /> on a proposal to rebuild an existing dock at 253 Pop ones set Island Road. They are replacing <br /> with pressure treated 4 X 41s. <br /> Mr, Sherman requested that Mr. Lagadinos also initial that- there will be 314 inch <br /> spacingbetween the planks. <br /> Ms Behr man suggested a Zerox be sent out of the final request with the finding as <br /> a reminder. <br /> Mr. Coffey asked how they would remove a rotten piling if it breaks off and was <br /> told they would jet it out. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded for a Negative finding. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br />
