The Shellfish <br /> Warden was present for this hearing also. <br /> Mr.. Sherman stated the issues have been resolved. The list of concerns: The <br /> electrical service installed has now been included fOI to be amended) ; Boat <br /> house was previously there but newly shingled; the bark stabilization has been <br /> addressed; the debris will be removed; the float is now shown on the plan; the <br /> bulkhead measurement has been taken care of; the plot plan has been adjusted <br /> relevant to the adjacent marsh; the retaining wall not shown previously is now <br /> shown at the base of the bulkhead. fees will be adjusted by addendum <br /> Mr. Costa stated he will amend on the back page to note the float, the retaining <br /> wall , electrical services and the lawn. There is ars existing rail and bulkhead <br /> has had emergency repairs to the top but underneath is falling apart. There i <br /> also the remains of a dilapidated dock. It is proposed to reconstruct the dock <br /> t. , elevated to stated standards with 8 inch piles and 1 inch spacin0 between <br /> planks. It is proposed to remove the bulkhead and put in piles to reconstruct <br /> the bulkhead. A lawn has been added to the plan, as well as the electrical <br /> service on the bulkhead Pyr. Sclavino installed. <br /> There is a Cedar tree to be removed with erosion control mattin0 put in place <br /> and the plantin0 of ,juniper and seaside grasses to tray to held the area. It <br /> is proposed along the marsh and mini-dune below MHW to use a 0ra.ss that can <br /> be subject t tidal action and replace disturbed areas above MHW with forth <br /> American Beach grass. In the areas with debris, when removed, they will come <br /> back. <br /> Mrs. Simmons asked if they were going to use siltation screens and Ir. Costa <br /> stated there would be siltation durin0 construction that would settle out in <br /> two hours. <br /> Mr. Sherman had no comments, deficiencies were addressed. <br /> Paul Somerville did not feel the float was 10 feet long and it goes out from <br /> the wall , not parallel to the wall . Durin0 the summer he turned it out. <br /> Mrs . Simmons asked if he had a preference. <br />
