M <br /> r ' <br /> Conservation Commission <br /> December 28, 1989 <br /> Page 3. <br /> Ms Behrman questioned the area at the top of the bank* <br /> Mr. Sherman advised there are existing railroad ties up to a deck which should <br /> o through a filing as it is falling over. Ms Behrman stated this deck should <br /> be on the plan. <br /> Mr. Coffey asked the length of the fined pier and was told it is a 30 ft. Tee. <br /> Mr. Thorng stated, concerning the navigational , it is 200 ft. from the end of <br /> the structure to the edge of the other side. <br /> Nis Behrman questioned the depth of the water around the end and was told soundings <br /> were not done in the immediate area. She stated it is even shallower. <br /> Mr. Thorng advised they do not have a boat ,yet and 25 feet would be acceptable. <br /> Ms Behrman stated dimensions should be on the plan and Mr, Thorng agreed to add <br /> other structural features on the lot on the plan. <br /> CONTINUED. Paperwork for the Endangered Species area has been filed, no answer <br /> received. It is a standard Conservation area. There are trees out which present <br /> owners are not responsible for and they would 1'i ice to fill the gully they are in, <br /> He has advised h i s client this would not be feasible. They have kept the 25 ft. <br /> work limit from the ACEC. They are asking to go Closer with the well due to the <br /> septic. The well is 30 feet from the ACEC. Title V variance is not required. <br /> The basement is at grade level , <br /> MS Behrman expressed surprise with the small grade Change and stated she was <br /> impressed. She asked if there were steps down from the deck to the ground. <br /> Mr., San i Ck i advised Mrs. Bo 1 brook is concerned for her ,youngsters getting down <br /> there. If the ommi s-s i ori would like h im to Change the plans and to fill the <br /> borrow area, he would comply. Ms Behrman stated that would be difficult and <br /> Nor. Sani ki stated he respects that. <br /> Nor. Coffey expressed concern with the drainage coming onto the lot and asked <br /> for a landscape plan. Mr. San i i i stated there is none at present but one <br /> could be developed. He has Cautioned his Client to leave from the work limit <br /> as shown on the plan to the edge of the old wetland area as undisturbed. In <br /> the event of any future vista pruning, they would return with an RDA. <br />
