Frederick, <br /> Presenter: Bar mann H ndrie+Archetype (bh+a) <br /> Bred Blythe, Chairman, welcomed everyone to the meeting and introduced Joel Bargmann of <br /> l argmann Hondrie+ Archetype hh+a . <br /> hh+a Presentation <br /> Joel Barmann informed the audience that his presentation at the Senior Center on April 4 <br /> focused on the proposed options for the Senior Center and that tonight's presentation will <br /> focus on the proposed options for the C 6mrnunity Center. <br /> QUESTIONS/COMMENTS (Q/Q <br /> ..Several questions were raised regarding costs and revenues namely: <br /> Are figures based ori"actual'a or"estimates"?. <br /> Estimates...but reflect the "going"' rate. <br /> What percentage of revenues would defray operating costs? <br /> In other communities, pool/ice rink make a profit or at least break even. Field <br /> House is more difficult to answer, <br /> 4. <br /> C.,.Dominant factor seems to he sports, Why not do more culture-type programs? <br /> ashpee is already acting on this. The Library i <br /> ls going to address many of the <br /> cultural offerings. Also, we'll have the Goch Center. In addition, when this request was <br /> voiced at the Senior Center presentation,, a small theatre was added to the options, <br /> C.,,Regarding support, following statements were offered: <br /> Pool/rink/Gym...We should support these. <br /> One facility to accommodate Senior Center and.
