In <br /> November 2004,the members of the Committee had hired a consultant to prepare the Mashpee <br /> Affordable Housing plan document, which was completed and published in Haat year. <br /> The Plan then went to the State House and was certified,, said Ms.Eli enberry. The <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals were also impressed with it, she said and it gave the Committee <br /> members clout. It was a big accomplishment, she added. <br /> She their stated that in August 2004,the Conunittee used the grant to hire a professional <br /> surveyor. The Conu n.ittee needed to know what bind of houses to build, so the survey agency <br /> conducted and published a Mashpee Affordable Mousing Study. <br />
