Coast Resources Information System - Mr. Hanks stated the basis <br /> for this was to form a mooring data ]ease and determine which <br /> boats have a no discharge status. He had volunteered to gather~ <br /> deck Information from questionnaires and working with Assessor ' s <br /> maps, Mr, Hanks will bring all the collected information to <br /> date to the next meeting to decide whether or net to pursue <br /> further. r. Sherman offered a list of permit docks, and Mr. <br /> Hanks would appreciate Iofermation where a deck is located <br /> according to book, page no. etc. on the Assessor' s map. <br /> Beat Sewage Pump-Out Facilities - Mr* Hanks reported that a <br /> $26 , 000 grant from the State on a 75/25 matching basis has been <br /> established, and we are about to place an order for a heat with <br /> part of these funds . Also, Mr. Ellis ' s salary is part of the <br /> match. The objective is to get a beat and a pump out caddy <br /> without any cash outlay. The farinas will get 75% operating <br /> costs covered by the State. Suggested particip4nts for a sub- <br /> committee formation are: Harbormaster, Sewer Commission, <br /> Waterways Commission, Beard of Health, Conservation Commission, <br /> Little Raver Boat Yard, Half Fide Marina, New Seabury Marina. <br /> Stairway at wading Place Road, Popenesset - Mr. Danks stated <br /> that Nancy Caffyn complained about people going up and down <br /> a bank using it as a fisherman' s way. Mr. Taylor stated that <br /> there '.s a private stair approximately 100 yards away owned <br /> by Popponesset Association that has no prescriptive rights; <br /> He would rather protect the hank with vegetation (rasa ra osa) <br /> rather than build another stair. He views the problem as <br /> protecting the bank and not an access rob 1 ern. Mr. Homeye r <br /> stated this is the domain of the Public Access Board. lir.
