Public Works Building Committee <br /> -Meeting of September' 1 , 1984 <br /> Page 4, <br /> Certificate of Payment - Continued. (Ellis haycock speaking), <br /> Cutting on Blocks and storage. Less than half of the blocks are on the site, <br /> The other half to be delivered this week, <br /> It was noted that the total cds t of Masonry is $58,000, <br /> Structural Steel entered as 2300.00 erected, None erected, but $700. of <br /> material on the .site. <br /> Metal Door frames - $49006 - Some installed, 3 000. estimated,, <br /> Service Station Equipment $4000. - $2400. work in place, with $1350. stored <br /> material . All the material i s there. <br /> Plumbing $5660, " More underground than applied for. <br /> Electrical - $2200. which i s satisfactory. <br /> Mr. re reiterated his request for the changes due for earth movement, plus or <br /> minuses. <br /> Ellis stated the total figure for payment will be presented to the committee <br /> on Monday, <br /> The committee discussed -holding meetings in the afternoon and i t was agreed <br /> to hold regularly scheduled weekly meetings on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. The <br /> monthly meeting for the approval of monies to be held at 7:30 p.m. <br /> It was noted that Mr. Sweeney would be able to attend in the afternoon and <br /> this would be most helpful to the committee, <br /> VOTE: The minutes of September b, 1984 were accepted as written until dis- <br /> cussion of the final paragraph, a statement of Paul McLaughlin concerning <br /> a gravel bed for the paving can be clarified, <br /> Newton Stephen informed the committee he did not have information on the status <br /> of the steel stairs.
