Less than half of the blocks are on the site, The other half to be delivered this week, It was noted that the total cds t of Masonry is $58,000, Structural Steel entered as 2300.00 erected, None erected, but $700. of material on the .site. Metal Door frames - $49006 - Some installed, 3 000. estimated,, Service Station Equipment $4000. - $2400. work in place, with $1350. stored material . All the material i s there. Plumbing $5660, " More underground than applied for. Electrical - $2200. which i s satisfactory. Mr. re reiterated his request for the changes due for earth movement, plus or minuses. Ellis stated the total figure for payment will be presented to the committee on Monday, The committee discussed -holding meetings in the afternoon and i t was agreed to hold regularly scheduled weekly meetings on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. The monthly meeting for the approval of monies to be held at 7:30 p.m. It was noted that Mr. Sweeney would be able to attend in the afternoon and this would be most helpful to the committee, VOTE: The minutes of September b, 1984 were accepted as written until dis- cussion of the final paragraph, a statement of Paul McLaughlin concerning a gravel bed for the paving can be clarified, Newton Stephen informed the committee he did not have information on the status of the steel stairs.
