Raising the excessively excavated building. $2508. with mark-up $31304, Mr. Masas ch i stated in his letter that it was too late in the season for his firm to undertake the paving contract. John Wyllie stated the easement for the bean was to allow the contractor to avoid haul ing away the excess f 11 * Al so, the easement the town gave the contractor to bury the 'Stumps should be considered, a' this increased the volume of the excess There should be a change order for the burying of the brush. The hardener for the site is part of the contract* Reference was made to the meeting of September 26, wherein Mr. Cohen stated Triple A would absorb the extra for the fill ander the building.
