The secretary was instructed to write a letter <br /> advising th e <br /> matter has been referred to the Architects. Ellis Laycock <br /> of Atlantic Design & Construction for actions <br /> The minutes of February 27, 1985 were reviewed. <br /> It was agreed to wait for the test results of the latest water sample <br /> before taking an action on the well . Ellis agreed to look into the <br /> y <br /> cost of an iron filter and will consult with the well man. <br /> The committee was <br /> advised the Public Warps Department had moved into the <br /> new building Thursday, February 284P Ernest Virgilio will be seeking $12,000 at town meeting for cleaning up the grounds, furniture and various other items, <br /> Ells advised the Eire-A-Matic switches are not required and the building <br /> inspector has agreed. Verne Polka <br /> suggested approving the requisition without the change orders in order <br /> that Triple A could receive money thi's week, The committee agreed to <br /> act <br /> e orders and u i s 'tion wi ter the mechanics of payment left <br /> on the chang re q <br /> to Mrs. Polka. <br />
