A letter has been seat to Ellis Laycock advising the Gas <br /> Company <br /> will not relight the unit and will not install the part unless <br /> someone else wi 11 relight the unit. <br /> After discussion, it was agreed to authorize Ernest Virgilio,to arrange <br /> have the heating n contractor at the site when the gas man is there to <br /> to h g <br /> install the part to stop the surging; <br /> Mr. Vi rg <br /> ilio advised the fans in the bathroom do not work, the back door <br /> is not fixed, there are more leaks and there is no gauge on the air com- <br /> pressor.r. A letter has been sent to Ellis Laycock listing these problems, <br /> as we11 as <br /> others. He also advised the cove base is nearly complete and <br /> a firm <br /> has been hired to strip the floors , put on a sealer and three coats <br /> of wax, to be paid from his budget. <br /> The <br /> minutes of the meeting of March 13 were reviewed.
