Mr. Virgilio stated the Union was going to grieve the situation a t the door and he had to put it on. We agreed to remove it. Concerning liability for the sub-contractors, Mr. Re reported he was unable to meet with town counsel and Joseph Murphy. E11 i s advised he went over the list of accounts due with Aaron Cohen today, CanAm i!a satisfied. He stated he i s keeping a list of the letters received. There will be one last requisition including retainage with guarantees , war- antees, all releases and a punch list stating everything is completed. Ellis further advised he i s still trying to contact Bonito. The minutes of April 16 were reviewed.
