They were referred to Ellis Laycock. <br /> Ellis informed the committee Aaron Cohen has another line of credit and <br /> Ellis feels sure the outstanding bills will be paid. <br /> Ellis presented change order 18 for accepting 2500 psi concrete in place <br /> of 3000 psi specified, a credit to owner of $1000. and change order 19 <br /> to allow polystyrene insulation for a credit to owner of $5o, <br /> VOTE: Moved and seconded to approve change order #18 for a credit of <br /> $1000. to owner to accept concrete strength of 2500 psi as pro- <br /> vided in place of 3000 psi specified. Unanimous. <br /> VOTE: Moved and seconded to approve change order #19 to allow the <br /> polystyrene insulation in the foundation for a credit to owner <br /> of $50. Unanimous. <br /> Mr. Re stated no requisition will be accepted until the job is completed. <br /> Pl a ue: <br /> Anthony Fiorentin i presented a proposal from McGann Bronze, 24" wide by <br /> 30" high - $985,00. A rubbing will be forwarded when order is received <br /> and a release is required in 15 days with a deposit for 50 of the total . <br /> The other three firms are still working up their proposals. He agreed to <br /> contact them to notify if proposals are not in the mail by Friday, they <br /> wi 11 not be considered. <br /> Blinds <br /> Mr. Fio renti n i reported Walls to Windows quoted a cost of $485,56, meas- <br /> ured and installed for blinds. A 25% deposit is required with a four <br /> week order time. After discussion of possible alternatives, it was agreed <br /> to purchase the blinds. <br /> VOTE: Moved and seconded to place an order with 'Walls to Windows for <br /> blinds in the secretarial area for $485.56. <br />
