Natural attenuation <br /> may be successful , and some i s already occur ing. <br /> Bill Fisher noted that plumes are geology and gradient driven <br /> ( thus the reason why some have t een a. south/southwest turn) . <br /> Bill Fisher is recommending 7 new wells with long-term monitoring <br /> ( semi-annually) , to be distributed between the military and <br /> IEP as part of the superf und. Bill F. estimated $35 ,000 for <br /> engineering costs and $70 ,000 to install the wells. <br /> - - <br />
