The <br /> standard conditions normally issued would be acceptable. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated one condition he would recommend would be to clean up the debris. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and, seconded to close upon receipt of input from the Shellfish <br /> Warden and with the modificatlonstproposed by the Commission. Roof drainage will be collected by dry_ <br /> wells. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he could not verify distances because he could not find stakes. <br /> A future garage is proposed but the •driveway is on the other side of the house. <br /> Mr. Raymond advised if they do propose to put on a garage, they would cone in and <br /> ask for modifications for access. Abutter notification receipts were presented. <br /> Mr. Sherman questioned proposed contours. Mr. Raymond advised the solid contours <br /> are the proposed and broken contours are existing. lather than have drainage from <br /> existing contours go to the house, grading will direct drainage away from the dwelling, <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if there was a concern with channelized erosion? <br /> Mr. Raymond stated it will not be that steep. The driveway is paved, it could <br /> not be gravel. Mr. Sherman stated 1f a hard surface, they will have to have a <br /> berm and a gravel drain, <br /> Mrs. Ferriday stated the problem is that in this weather when it freezes over, <br /> the water just piles up over the ice. She asked if maybe a higher berm would <br /> help. <br /> Mr. Raymond stated they could put a cover on top of the dr r• ell and ameliorate <br /> the grading to cut down the steepness, 1t does not have to be that severe. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked about the driveway side? They tried to reduce the slope on <br /> the drive and will be putting more fill at the edge of the drive. They are a <br /> little over 1 on the driveway now. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if they could put In a berm and French drain, a large drain? <br /> Mr. Raymond stated they could put a french drain at the end. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers would like to see a cross section and a flow on that driveway, <br /> Mr. 1ayrond advised it is 65 feet and a 7 foot drop. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday suggested drywells on each comer of the house. <br /> Mrs. Simmons asked the type of vegetation around the house and was told Scrub <br /> Pine and Rhododendrums. <br />
