Mr. Sherman stated Mr. Bexley made representation and Mr. Slavinsky can make this known to the owner, The Commission should stay out of this, Mr, Slavinsky stated the plan was done mowing the easement was there, Vim: Motion made and seconded to close and have an arborist or landscaper, acceptable_-to the omnrnission, go .over the-plan to see if it is acceptable to the Commission.
