Desrosiers stated this has no impact on the wetland and the Commission has <br /> no jurisdiction. { <br /> Mr. Bexley stated he is putting the Commission on notice there is a driveway <br /> easement across the property; the easement should be shown on the plan. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated Mr. Bexley made representation and Mr. Slavinsky can make <br /> this known to the owner, The Commission should stay out of this, <br /> Mr, Slavinsky stated the plan was done mowing the easement was there, <br /> Vim: Motion made and seconded to close and have an arborist or landscaper, <br /> acceptable_-to the omnrnission, go .over the-plan to see if it is acceptable <br /> to the Commission. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED, <br /> 7:40 MSFE DEFT. of PUBLIC WORKS to reconstruct bermes, 'grade and revegetate <br /> disturbed areas within buffer zones to five resource areas at Red Brook load. <br /> Norman Hayes and Greg Taylor presenting. Abutter notification receipts were <br /> provided. They have been able to establish methodology on work done in the <br /> buffer zone along Red Brook. Road. There has been some storm eater run-off <br /> and IMedlate corrective action was taken. Also, some grading had been done <br /> and a landscape architect will design a plan if desired. Mr. Mayes touched <br /> on the issues: work in the buffer zone, sedimentation in the wetland, removal <br /> of concrete posts in the buffer zone -and one led Cedar cut and removed from the <br /> He asked how the Commission wants to dandle the relandscaping in the area <br /> where utilities are located. They will provide a sketch plan if desired. <br />
