' Conservation Commission <br /> January 20, 1994 <br /> Page 6. <br /> Mr. Gray advised the previous structure was extending out from Mean High water <br /> 80 feet and at that distance they had difficulty with shallow water. At the last <br /> hearing it was clear the Comr ssi n would not be in the position of approving a <br /> structure in shallow water. Direction suggested we shorten the structure and <br /> have a dinghy facility with a mooring offshore. It is now 64 feet from Mean High <br /> Water for a total of 82 feet. Profile plan provided. It is sitting on 4 x 4's <br /> to prevent the float from bottoming out in Mean Low Water. The mooring is shown <br /> in the proposed location that must be approved by the Harbormaster. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday stated it seems to be what the Commission asked for. It can be <br /> conditioned that the float material be encapsulated and that this will be a dinghy <br /> dock. <br /> . Homeyer -asked if the craft will be motors. ed and was told it will not, <br /> Mr. Gray stated he will provide a receipt for mailing of the dart to D. It is in <br /> back,and very flat behind the house. It has been agreed that they will lay mown <br /> hay mediately and a landscape plan will be presented for approval. <br /> Mr. Hayes 'advised they have cmtacud a landscape architect and will replace material <br /> in kind. The area will be bark mulched. Mr. Hayes will submit the $8o fee tomorrow. <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended issuing the Certificate. <br /> Vim* Motion made and seconded to issue a Certificate of Compliance for William Kolb. <br />
