Jack Landers Cauley presenting. The project <br /> is simple; itis 1-1 acre lot on the north.side of an abandoned cranberry bog <br /> and to the cast of a cemetery. In the field, the 11 foot contour was staked and <br /> the two front corners of the house. They do not intend any clearing, pruning, <br /> truing or land management beyond the taIed bales of straw which defines the <br /> 1-iM*t- of work. The house is 71 feet away from the 11 foot contour. <br /> • <br /> The Chairman asked if the well is below the staked area? Mr. Cauley advised it <br /> is above the flood zone but below the staked. area. It is above the top of bank <br /> but below the limit of work. Asked. if there is a narrative for the digging of <br /> the trench for the, pipe., Mr. Cauley stated no, it was not a concern. <br /> Mr, Sherman stated not a concern if done right. He asked if haybales will be put <br /> around the well site? That was not a problem for the applicant and Mr. Sherman <br /> stated it can be conditioned and if an on-site, revegetation can be conditioned <br /> when complete. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday questioned the -E emo nal of trees and was told every tree within <br /> feet will be removed. Mr. Caused advised there will be- 3 feet of fill in <br /> front., none in back. <br /> Mr. Schrader, the builder advised he will need to get the excavator back there <br /> and will need 15 feet to dig the frost wall. They will hire a pumper truck to <br /> get the gable ends. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there are not a lot of large trees but there is one significant <br /> me, He suggested he meet with the grading contractor and if some of the trees <br /> could be saved, would they be willing to board them? This was agreeable to the <br /> applicant. This will be conditioned.. <br /> Mr. Cauley advised they would lie to keep any specimen tree, if the house can <br /> be moved: <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there, is a large. double oak tree he would like to save by <br /> rotating the house, <br /> meeting was scheduled at the site with the o mer to discuss moving the house <br /> to the left. <br /> Mr. Sheran stated. 1f this is possible, the order can be conditioned to reflect <br /> that. <br />
