-Conservation Conmission <br /> February 3, 1994 <br /> Page 9 <br /> Public comments were requested: none. <br /> Motion made and seconded to close the hearing, accept the plan and issue <br /> Orders of Conditions based on the presentation tonight on Lots 1410, <br /> 1435 and 1436 Shore Drive We s t, Unanimous Vote. <br /> 7:50 NEW SEABURY CO. LP to conduct resource area, improvement at Lot 1435 <br /> Shore Drive West. The above vote was inclusive of the three lots. <br /> NEW SEABURY COMPANY LP. to conduct resource area impro e ent at Lot 1436 <br /> Shore Drive west. See above. <br /> :00 TEMS BRAS for a Determination of Applicability on the proposed -addition <br /> of a deck and -front entrance on sono tubes at Lot 2 Sturgis' Lane. Chis Costa <br /> presenting. ' It-is an exi ting house. The Agent wast the site �when 'Dr. Brooks <br /> '' <br /> licensed his dock. e addition does net change the footprint of the house. No- <br /> foundation work will take place or excavation. The new septic system is out of <br /> the ,jurisdiction of#the o=scion. f'The lot is' very steep. No replanting is <br /> necessary as there is no,exc vatin'g, other than aife ,sono tubes: It is a one <br /> bedroom, house and will remain one bedroom when completed. <br /> y <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it can be-conditioned that there XI-11 be gutters, downspouts <br /> and dryells. <br /> - W6 r , <br /> Mr. Desrosiers asked the height of the deck. It is a walkout basement, about <br /> 7 foot high. <br /> Asked if there is an increase in habitable living space, Mr. Costa stated there <br /> was. <br /> It was agreed this was advertised properly- <br /> Mr. <br /> Fits ons asked if there is a plan showing the property before the proposed <br /> changes <br /> . photo of the house that was provided with the dock filing was reviewed. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if the top of the bark was shown and it was not. He stated the <br /> hearing could be closed- when the top of the inland bark is shown. <br /> 1r. Costa agreed to put drywells in and stated he doe' not know why he needs to <br /> come back with a revised plan, top of bank is a very distinct elevation 70. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he would be satisfied if Mr. Costa would mark it and date it <br /> on the plan, fir. Costa agreed, <br /> Public comments were requested: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a Negative Deterrnation with the <br /> condition gutters, downspouts and drywells. be installed and that this <br /> be recorded at the registry. Also, that this will be no more than <br /> two bedroom house without a filing. Unanimous Vote, <br /> DAA DETERNINATION <br /> 7 F <br />
