He. suggested.moving the pool back a few feet and that they enhance the <br /> area above the revetment with suitable plantings to afford wildlife habitat, then <br /> the Commission would not have to be so strict on the 50 foot distance from the pool. <br /> Mr. Grotzke stated that sounded very fair. He agreed to reduce the pool back t <br /> the maximum possible and enlarge the buffer 4 - 5 feet along the top. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday suggested they use something other than Rosa Rugosa,, <br /> Mr.. Grotke showed on the plan where the fence and vegetated buffer will be. They <br /> would enhance the steep slope with bayberry and rosa rugosa. There will not, <br /> the pool will be excavated and the house will be ,jacked up and the existing <br /> foundation replaced with a poured foundation. <br /> Mr. Homeyer requested receipts for the disposal of the existing foundation. <br /> Mr. rote -ad. ised the location of the silt fence will be the timber fence location <br /> during construction. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked for information on the revetment, when it went In and whether <br /> properly permitted. <br /> Mr. Grotzke advised there will be a drywell for draining of the pool which will <br /> have a gaseous Chlorine system. <br /> Public comments were requested: none. <br /> ' VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to continue the hearing.
