Conservation Commissim <br /> February 17, 1994 <br /> Page 3. <br /> r <br /> 7:30 GEORGE BE1@1 for a Determination of Applicability on reconstruction of a sun- <br /> room; 45 s.f. addition at rear of cottage; and replacement of existing fence at <br /> Mausih p Cottage #647, Shore Drive. Michael Grotzke presenting. The cottage is <br /> in the buffer zone. They want to remove a sunroom and rebuild it. It will be <br /> viand dug with two corner sono tubes. There Will be no work in the ground. They <br /> would like a corner addition and a trash shed. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday asked how far it is to the street; distances should be shown. <br /> Mr, Grotzke stated it is a. 50 foot setback. The addition is 30 s.f. and 15 s.f. <br /> for the trash shied. The building materials will be the same as existing. There <br /> will be no mechanical work on the ocean side of the house. <br /> Public cor eats were requested; none. <br /> Vim: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination, <br /> blEGATM DETERNBMTION, <br /> 7:40 GARY & CAROL YURJX for Landscape improvements; alterations/renovation of <br /> existing dwelling and upgrade of existing septic system to Title V, at 35 Daniel's <br /> Island Road, Michael Grotzke presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if the revetment received permitting? This will be checked. <br /> Mr. Grotzke stated the existing footprint is shown. The wooden deck does not <br /> cover as much area as the brick patio. The footprint of the house sloes not change. <br /> The house will be raised and there will be a poured foundation. Grade currently <br /> meets the wooden structure of the house which does not meet the building code. <br /> It is a well defined coastal bank. At the top of the bank there will be a wooden <br /> fence for the pool and to define the maximum seaward movement of the occupants. <br /> Behind the fence is a four foot buffer of Rosa Rugosa. Some openings have been <br /> left in the otherwise solid. buffer. The pool has been designed to fat in with <br /> the terrain. <br /> kr. Mr. Grotzke .stated it will go; <br /> it is all lawn now. <br />
