He Looked at it again and discovered- the <br /> float was back in and did comment to her. The float does not meet the performance <br /> standards of the Act. He displayed -pictures of the structure. He asked the size of <br /> the boat used' <br /> Ms Cronan stated they do not keep a boat there; the one there now is Dr. Hendler' , <br /> a 17 foot Whaler. She advised they personally have an inflatable dinghy. <br /> Mr. 'Sherman asked if the Commission wants to stick with the stipulation to remove <br /> the float, and if they remove the float, negate the fine <br /> Ms Cronan stated. the .structure existing is as in the Chapter 91 engineered plan. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the point is that the float went in without any permits. The <br /> Commission could ask for a Notice of Intent. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers asked Ms Cronan what is her intent? She stated to get it 'legal.zed. <br /> Until Ir. Sherman's second letter, they thought they were doing exactly what they <br /> should have done.
