He Looked at it again and discovered- the float was back in and did comment to her. The float does not meet the performance standards of the Act. He displayed -pictures of the structure. He asked the size of the boat used' Ms Cronan stated they do not keep a boat there; the one there now is Dr. Hendler' , a 17 foot Whaler. She advised they personally have an inflatable dinghy. Mr. 'Sherman asked if the Commission wants to stick with the stipulation to remove the float, and if they remove the float, negate the fine Ms Cronan stated. the .structure existing is as in the Chapter 91 engineered plan. Mr. Sherman stated the point is that the float went in without any permits. The Commission could ask for a Notice of Intent. Mr. Desrosiers asked Ms Cronan what is her intent? She stated to get it 'legal.zed. Until Ir. Sherman's second letter, they thought they were doing exactly what they should have done. They are going through the pe=d tting process.
